3. Products and Services Kyvinta LLC specializes in the sale of Vehicle Parts & Accessories, specifically Vehicle Wheels & Tires, with a focus on Vehicle Wheels. We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products. All products are subject to availability.

4. Pricing and Payment

6. Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Shipping Destinations: Kyvinta LLC ships exclusively to destinations within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
    • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
  • Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • Damage in Transit: Kyvinta LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Return and Refund Policy

  • Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Return Process: To start a return, please contact us at support@kyvinta.com or call +1 606-622-7434. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Kyvinta LLC will provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fee: Kyvinta LLC does not charge any restocking fees for returns.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (typically 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies).
