30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Eligibility for Returns

- Items must be in new, unused condition, free from any wear, tear, or installation marks.
- Items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet the above criteria.
Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping
Kyvinta LLC will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label once your return request is approved. Simply attach the label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for returns that meet our eligibility criteria.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after the inspection.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex), typically within 5-10 business days.
