Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 5 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Times: We are pleased to offer Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) for Free on all orders.

Shipping Destinations: We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping: Kyvinta LLC will provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns. You will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
