30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in new, unused condition, free from any wear, tear, or installation marks.
- Items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet the above criteria.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been installed, mounted, or used.
- Items not in their original, resellable condition.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label. Please do not send your item back to us without first contacting customer service and receiving an RMA number.
Return Shipping
Kyvinta LLC will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label once your return request is approved. Simply attach the label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for returns that meet our eligibility criteria.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after the inspection.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex), typically within 5-10 business days. The actual time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund and provide instructions for returning the item, at no cost to you. Please include photos of the damage or incorrect item in your email for a faster resolution.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
