Order Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped from our facility at 115 N Locust Hill Dr, Lexington, KY 40509, US within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders to destinations within the United States. There is no minimum purchase required to qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Restrictions (Domestic Only) Kyvinta LLC currently ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. Territories.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery directly with the carrier.

Damage or Loss Kyvinta LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
